Position Description: Professional, courteous individual who is able to multi-task in a fast pace environment. Must have exceptional telephone etiquette, good listening skills, and be able to problem solve. Will have a customer focused attitude and strive to maintain an efficient, friendly atmosphere. Will maintain patient confidentiality, interact positively and constructively with all office coworkers, and adhere to all office and hospital policies. Will promptly make direct supervisor aware of any systemic or ongoing issues and will promote patient satisfaction through all tools at his/her disposal. Must be willing to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.
