How Do I Find Out My Insurance Benefits?

DISCLAIMER: Link above will take you to an external site.

The link above does not reflect the actual out-of-pocket costs that may be paid by a patient for any particular service, it is not binding, and the actual charges for items and services may vary.

Many factors may influence the actual cost of an item or service, including insurance coverage, rates negotiated with payors, and so on. The cost of treatment also may be impacted by variables involved in a patient’s actual care, such as specific equipment or supplies required, the length of time spent in surgery or recovery, additional tests, or any changes in care or unexpected conditions or complications that arise. Moreover, the foregoing list of charges for services only includes charges from the Hospital. It does not reflect the charges for physicians, such as the surgeon, anesthesiologist, radiologist, pathologist, or other physician specialists or providers who may be involved in providing particular services to a patient. These charges are billed separately.

Disclaimer: This shoppable and all services price list is based on information we have gathered from our claims and insurance payment files.  This is not a guarantee of what you will be charged. Your actual charges may differ from the estimated charges for many reasons, including the seriousness of your medical condition, actual time the procedure takes and the services and supplies that you receive. If you have insurance, your benefits will ultimately determine the amount you owe (including deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket maximums).

This pricing list was developed to help you determine the potential cost for services updated for April 12, 2024.

NO SURPRISE BILLING

The No Surprises Act (NSA) passed by Congress as a part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 is a federal law intended to protect the rights of consumers against no surprise billing. The NSA protects people covered under individual and group health plans from receiving surprise medical bills.

  • Surprise billing is an unexpected balance bill. This can happen when you cannot control who may be involved in your care. For example, during an emergency visit at an in-network facility you may be unexpectedly treated by an out-of-network provider.

If you believe you have been wrongly billed, you may contact the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services by phone at                      1-800-447-8477 or by mail at:
